How to debug the color sorter?

The debugging of the color sorter does not need to be carried out step by step, only the following items need to be completed.

1. Check whether the valves of the color sorter are complete, whether the nozzle sequence is correct, adjust the machine position, and whether the air pressure is normal. Adjust the vibration screw and pressure release plate, and check the position of the rice trough and nozzle. After completion, adjust the camera position, check whether the light is on, clean it manually, whether the gray color is normal, and adjust the delay, width, background board, sensitivity, and output.

2. The color sorter should ensure that the glass and background plate are clean, cut off the equipment path to see if it jumps, and adjust the positions of the background plate and glass plate. Check whether the wires of the electrical control box are loosely connected, whether the original parts of the sub-inspection box are intact, and whether the wires, neutral wires and ground wires of the stable power supply are fixedly connected correctly.

3. The delay function of the color sorter is to blow out inferior products from the nozzle for a period of time, but at the same time it is impossible to obtain high-quality materials. As a result, only secondary material is blown. If the delay is incorrect, the secondary material will blow out too much good material and the color selection of the whole machine will not be clean.

The higher the separation rate and extraction rate of the three elements, the better the color sorter; the lower the extraction rate, the better the color classifier, and the higher the output, the better the color classifier. Consider these three factors when purchasing to choose the best ratio for yourself.

Precautions for using color sorter:

1. It takes about 5 minutes to adjust the linear value of the entire color sorter, and there must be enough millet (because during the adjustment process, if the multimeter is damaged within 1 second, the adjusted parameters will be inaccurate, and this process is not a selection process. Color, need to wait patiently.

2. When adjusting the linear value of the color sorter, please do not adjust parameters such as flow rate and accuracy. Otherwise, the linear value of the fine adjustment will produce a large error (that is, no keys on the screen are allowed to be clicked during adjustment).

Do not press the run button before adjusting the linear value of the color sorter.

4. Press the run button, and the color sorter starts selecting colors and is in normal working condition.

5. Please adjust the accuracy of the color separation machine and the flow rate of the vibrator according to the actual production process knife and finished product requirements and scrap rate.
