When the machine is working,chickpeas in hopper under the action of vibrator is uniformly distributed into each chute. While the chickpeas are dropping,the CCD signal is starting. If the cameras catch there are unqualified chickpea or impurities in the beans,they will send the signal to PLC and PLC order the ejector to blow the defective beans into the hopper.
