When color sorter is working, the materials in hopper is uniformly distributed into each chute by the vibrator. While the materials are dropping,the CCD signal is starting. If the cameras catch the unqualified materials or impurities in the materials, PLC will order the ejector to blow the defective goods into the hopper.
