1.Color high-resolution CCD image acquisition system
Our color sorting uses color CCD image acquisition system, which can acquire full color information of red, green and blue material. This enables our sorter to better suit customers’ requirements.
With a max resolution of 0.15mm, it can accurately detect the small defects and spots of beans .The high precision lens helps ensure the image more clear and accurate

The photoelectronic color sorter is a kind of non-destructive sorting equipment for the quality,inspection and classification of bulk materials.It has a wide range of applications in the grain,food,pigment chemical industry and other industries.As for beans,rice,ore,pepper,garlic,melon seeds, raisins, seeds,Chinese medicine,sea rice,shrimp skin,broken glass,metal pellets,the same color rod and other impurities and special materials.The sorting effect is very significant.
1. The selected materials enter the machine from the hopper at the top.With the vibration of the vibrator device,the selected materials are conveyed along the channels,enter the observation area of the sorting room, and passe between the sensor and the background plate.
2. Under the affect of the light,the system generates an output signal to drive the solenoid valve to blow out the different-colored particles to the waste hopper with the intensity of the light and the color change.And the good materials continue to fall into the finished hopper .

Maintenance :
1Monthly: check the filter element and the cleanliness of the ash removing brush.
2Quarterly: check the fluorescent lamp.
3Half a year; check or replace lubrication oil for the compressor at least one time.
Warning: in order to prevent static electricity and ensure the personal safety, the host machine and its attached equipment shall be in good ground connection. Electric cabinet opened by professional only. It is forbidden to open the rear case cover of the cabinet in operation as it is a fully enclosed automatic cycle air cooling system.
