WENYAO color sorter plays a crucial role in wheat processing. It utilizes advanced optical recognition technology and can accurately distinguish wheat grains. During operation, wheat passes through the chute of the color sorter at a constant speed. The internal high-resolution camera quickly captures the color, texture and other characteristic information of each wheat grain. Once moldy, diseased or contaminated wheat is detected, the color sorter will instantly start the jet device to blow out the defective products, while high-quality wheat passes smoothly and is collected. This process is efficient and accurate, greatly improving the efficiency and quality of wheat screening and ensuring the quality of subsequent processed products, providing strong support for the refined production of the wheat processing industry.
